Welcome to Queensland Motorways

We are an internationally-recognised tolling infrastructure development company, specialising in building, owning and operating toll road and bridge infrastructure in South-East Queensland.

What makes Queensland Motorways different is our proven ability to consistently deliver superior quality products, on time and to budget.

With over 20 years experience, our expertise includes:
  • Road network management
  • Electronic (free-flow) tolling
  • Project delivery
  • Customer service
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Financial management

Our road network, totalling 61 kilometres, is designed to relieve suburban roads of unnecessary traffic by providing motorists with seamless links between national highways to the north, west and south of Brisbane. Over 69 million vehicles now travel on our road network; in 2008/09, over 76 million vehicles are anticipated.

Queensland Motorways is an unlisted public company that has a franchise agreement with the Queensland Government to own and operate the Gateway Bridge, Logan Motorway and the Gateway Extension Motorway.  We also own the Port of Brisbane Motorway and operate five toll plazas at the Gateway Bridge, Kuraby, Stapylton Road, Loganlea and Paradise Road Interchange.

Currently, Queensland Motorways is working with the Queensland Government and the private sector to deliver the Gateway Upgrade Project, Queensland’s largest-ever road and bridge infrastructure project.
